* INTRODUCTION:

– Shidari is a Jeju Traditional Ferment method  Made by Fermenting Grains.

– In Jeju’s poor environment, we start making barley rice not to throw away easily in summer.

– The taste is sour and sweet, so it is called sweet liquor and is usually made in summer.

– Natural yogurt used to be made in Jeju households until the 1980s.

– Jeju Island ancestors’ advanced view for maximum energy supply to the bod.

* CHARACTERISTICS AND MAIN USES:

– Anti-wrinkles: The main ingredient emodin inhibits collagenase activity.

– When using 20 μg/ml  fermented rhubarb root extract, the inhibitory effect of MMP-1 ( collagen sollapses as MMPs in the skin become active which causes wrinkles) up to 80%.

Therefore, Shindari Rhubarb improves skin elasticity, prevents aging and improves wrinkles.

– Whitenning: Inhibits melanin production and improves skin dullness in the skin.

 In the production of melasma, freckles skin;  anti-aging skin cream, serum, cream, lotion, mask…
