* CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATIONS:
– It is a nonionic emulsifier for O/W emulsions. The HLB factor is 19.
– Suitable for high electrolyte substrates.
– It is capable of thickening.
– It is used hot process.
– It is used in wide pH range 4-9.
– It creates a glossy, smooth, highly stable cream foundation. When we apply it, we feel light and soft.
– It should be combined with wax C16, C18 or C1618 in the cream systems.
– Do not irritate the skin.
