INTRODUCTION:
• Salicylic Acid, also known as Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA), is an oil-soluble inorganic acid. It can penetrate through the natural oil layer on the skin’s surface, deeply reaching the pores to remove dead skin cells, dirt, and excess sebum accumulated inside, effectively preventing acne.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
• When Salicylic Acid comes into contact with the skin, it penetrates into the dermis and subcutaneous layers, gradually dissolving the cellular bonds. It exfoliates dead skin cells while stimulating and regenerating new cells. Salicylic Acid softens the stratum corneum and improves moisture retention, hydrating the skin.
