* DESCRIPTION:  Colorless transparent liquid.

* CHARACTERISTICS:

The sap of papaya fruit contains protease enzymes as: Enzyme papain, chymopapain, amopapain B, proteinase III, proteainse IV. In which papain enzyme content is the highest (about 95%).

– Research results of Deajin University, Korea show that papaya extract has a much higher antioxidant capacity than other fruit extracts (dragon fruit, green kiwi, pineapple, pomegranate, mango) in similar concentration.
