* DESCRIPTION: Liquid, transparent, colorless. It is very rapidly evaporate under normal conditions.

* CHARACTERISTICS:

– Novec 7100 is known as “Oxygen Foaming Technology”.

 It is stable and quick-drying liquid. With properties:

– Insoluble in oil and water.

– Can replace or combine with alcohol or other rapidly evaporating solvents, such as silicone fluids and hydrocarbon solvents.

 – Used to make foam effect.

– As a solvent and emulsion stabilizer to improve cosmetic formulations.

 – Substitute for alcohol.
