– Parleam4 is a synthetic liquid oil that can replace mineral oil or silicone oil in cosmetic formulations.

– A transparent non-greasy emollient that feels dry and light.

– Improves spreadability, reduces drying time

– As wetting and dispersing agent, titanium oxide, zinc oxide for lipstick and sunscreen products.

– Creates a film on the skin that is waterproof and limits transepidermal water loss and restores the softness of the skin.

– Used in hair care products, Parleam 4 provides shine and softness without feeling greasy; helps to protect hair from the effects of heat.

– As a good solvent for essential oils and perfumes, makeup removers.

–  Easy to emulsify and compatible with many waxes and fatty ingredients.

 – Safe, non-irritating to the skin.

*RECOMMENDED CONCENTRATION:

 – In skin products, lipstick: 0.5 – 20%.

– In makeup remover oil can be used up to 60%.
