– Propylene Glycol is a popular emollient, humectant in cosmetics with a versatile cost-effectiveness and moisturizing effect required for a skin or hair care product.

– Gives a light and airy feeling, not greasy and uncomfortable when used in the formula.

– Propylene Glycol is also used as a solvent to dissolve some fragrances and essential oils without the limitation of chemical odor problems.

– Used as a dispersing solvent when dispersing gum or clumping thickeners in water.

– As a solvent dispers hydrophilic pigment in cream lipsticks If up to 70% is used, the product can achieve high self-preservation.
