*INTRODUCE:

– White willow is also known as white willow, they are distributed mainly in Europe, Central Asia, Africa, .. The name white willow comes from the underside of the white leaves.

* CHARACTERISTICS AND USES:

– White willow bark extract main ingredients are Salicylic acid (BHA) and Tanin, helps to promote exfoliation to regenerate new skin and anti-inflammatory, soothe skin problems such as itchiness, irritation affected by heat and dirt. (White willow extract contains 836 µg/g of Salicin and 27.3 µg/g of Salicylic acid.)

– White willow bark extract contains a large amount of  Saliylic acid with antibacterial ability including bacteria such as: Including Archaee, Staphylococcus aureus, Decayed tooth, Acne Bacillus, E.coli, Candida fungus, …

– Results of DPPH study show that, depending on the concentration used, white willow bark extract has different  antioxidant effect.. (White willow bark extract increases antioxidant enzymes and reduces oxidative stress by activating Nrf2 in vascular endothelial cells.)
