* PRODUCT FEATURES:
– PHENOXYETHANOL is a classic preservative that works fairly well against both gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and causes less skin irritation problems. However, because of its poor water solubility, the protective effect of PHENOXYETHANOL is somewhat limited, especially against spores of fungi/molds.
– Thanks to the combination with ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, it helps to change the surface tension at the microbial cell membrane => expands the antifungal ability of the Phenoxyethanol system.
– Also, thanks to the combination with ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, it helps to partially increase the solubility of PHENOXYETHANOL in water => overcome the major drawback of PHENOXYETHANOL => helps the activity of PHENOXYETHANOL develop completely.
