* CHARACTERISTICS:

– Soybean that has been cultivated for long time as a principle food crop in Asia is one of the critical international food resources, containing approximately 40% protein and 20% fat. And soyasaponin (Soyasaponin (saponins in soybean) constitutes 0.5% of the total soybean dry weight.

– In addition to these components, soybeans contain tocopherol, phytic Acid, trypsin inhibitor, hemaglutinin.
