*INTRODUCE:

– Carrots contain the most Caroten, Probitamin A in vegetables.

– Rich in vitamins C, E: Anti-aging, prevent free radicals and stimulate collagen synthesis for firmer, better elastic skin.

– Carrots grown in Jeju contain large amounts of aroma components such as terpenolene and α-pinene and show high sugar content.
