* DESCRIPTION: Liquid, transparent, yellow, characteristic odor, easily soluble in water, pH 5-8.

* CHARACTERISTICS AND USES:

In the bark of Fraxinus Rhynchophylla contains active ingredients of the courmarin group such as Aesculin, Aesculetin, fraxicoumarin.

– Aesculin:  Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and wound healing properties.

 – Aesculetin: Fights free radicals, protects skin from bad effects from the environment.

– Inhibits catabolic enzymes such as hyaluronidase and collagenase. Therefore, it preserves the integrity of skin’s connective tissues and effectively anti-wrinkle.  Using 100 µg/ml extract showed that MMP-1 was inhibited up to 25% and collagen production efficiency was increased up to 30.8%.

–  Strong antioxidant properties. It againsts oxidation by UV rays.
