* CHARACTERISTICS AND USES:
TEGOPREN® 5840 is a polyether siloxane
–  Reduces surface tension of water.
– Due to its ability to leave no traces of wetness, TEGOPREN® 5840 is especially suitable as an additive in polishing formulas for tool surfaces, glass surfaces, automobile windshields, etc.
– Due to its non-ionic nature, TEGOPREN® 5840 is compatible with cationic, anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants.
– Has surface adhesion without “build-up” effect
– Support to improve the spread of the formula.
– TEGOPREN® 5840 improves the spreadability of emulsions
– TEGOPREN® 5840 has excellent anti-fog properties, easily soluble in water.
